So apparently a bio is supposed to be written in 3rd person, detailing your accomplishments and whatever....about as exciting as reading the side of the cereal box, which we can all admit we have done while leaning over our bowls with milk dripping off our chins. OK, well maybe that's just me.
Anyway – I think it should give you a glimpse into that person. A brief snapshot of what they are really like, ok, ok...let me clarify....I don't mean letting people see me when I'm lounging around the house in my footed pajamas, I mean that it should show that I have a sense of humor, or at least try to. That I am quirky, fun and most of all ambitious.
I won't bore you with the story of how I walked on set to be an extra in 2008 and knew right then and there what I had to be doing with my life....nor will I force you into the story of how I transitioned behind the camera with my award winning film Change For A Dollar. Instead I think I'd like to tell you a story about a troubled girl growing up in the Midwest, who raised two kids and then decided to follow her dream and move to LA...but ya, that's boring too.
Look, if you want to know what I've done, it's all on my resume and IMDb, if you want to see what I can do then you can view my reel or other links, but if you want to know who I am and what I’m like, well then, just ask. I'm a pretty open book, unafraid of taking risks (usually) and a fountain drink addict. I am chronically early, occasionally boring and
always happy.
That’s pretty much me... :o)

"Usually I can find something negative to say about a short, but "Change for a Dollar" had me sucked in so completely that I forgot to be a critic while I was watching it....I highly recommend it... and be prepared to grab a kleenex. It's that good."
Robert Spencer Berndt - Examiner
"It's question is simple: "Change?" Of course, the viewer thinks of money when he or she first sees the sign, but as the movie continues, we see the ironic double meaning of the sign: is the man asking for change, or is he asking for CHANGE? The film is pure poetry--a very ...moving experience. I even found that I had tears in my eyes by the end of the film."
Rogue Cinema
"One of the true joys of Change for a Dollar is that Wright wisely realizes that what is happening on screen goes beyond the spoken word and, as a result, much of the film itself is performed with nary a word spoken. Instead, Wright relies on the power of the story itself and the actors who are bringing it to life.
The approach works beautifully. "

"Featuring an astounding and uncomfortable performance from co-writer and co-director Sharon Wright, Tell Me You Love Me is painful precisely because it doesn't feel "dramatic" ... it feels real. The words that are spoken, borne out of a real life experience, feel painstakingly authentic as if the writer knew, absolutely knew, that every moment in this film, every word must be absolute truth or there would be no sense in creating this film.
After all, how do you create this kind of truth without scaring the hell out of your audience?
You don't...."
"With her last film, the inspiring Change for a Dollar, Wright reminded all of us of the power of one person to make a difference in the world. Tell Me You Love Me is a far more intimate cinematic experience, but no less powerful a reminder of the disturbing ways that one person can change our lives, our identity and even impact our day-to-day existence. "

"Sharon Wright is perfectly cast as the mysterious Eve, a woman who seems simultaneously of great fragility with subtle shades of her own darkness. Wright looks and feels like a 40's starlet, a throwback to Hollywood's wonder years. A good actress can sell the most questionable of characters, and Wright keeps you hooked on Eve's constantly evolving story that is only slowly revealed. "
